Please note: All sauces contain various types of vinegar. Most sauces contain Xanthan gum, which is common in hot sauces, but may be produced from allergen sources like soy or wheat. Not all ingredients are listed in the descriptions. Please send an email to sales if you have allergies and/or would like a complete ingredient list. Nutrition facts are estimates based on nutritiondata.com and are not derived from lab tested methods. Sauce is best kept refrigerated after opening, and before opening, yet I have tested low pH and enjoyed a very tasty sauce after 1 year of storage in my cupboard. All bottles are dated on day of production. Shipping is $3 per bottle. RETURNS will be handles with grace. I will credit your account, credit card, etc., or replace bottles as necessary. If I see an invoice for a name I don't know- money will be immediately credited to your account. I would happily give any of you hot sauce for free, however, I am trying to get my product approved and it costs money. I am about three steps away from seeing it on shelves (if I play my cards right). It costs money to make these and to ship them, which I do not have. I figure this is a fair deal for everyone. I am running out of supplies and and any monies form these sauces are going right back into the sauce pot. That being said, this is about the only way I can produce more batches. If you see something 'out-of-stock' please email me and I'll make more if possible.
